Our experience here was pleasant. The hotel was a relaxing base for enjoying a very very nice area, just off New Concord. The king room didn't seem appealing on photos but it was a nice size with a balcony. The staff was all helpful and amicable. Good location - just walking distance from everywhere we needed.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was big and clean, and I felt like I got a great deal for the money spent. The staff at the front desk was accommodating and friendly, especially the young lady who checked us in. I also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, with fluffy eggs and biscuits. The pool had nice hours and the kids loved swimming.
The water pressure in the shower was too low, making it difficult to get the soap out of my long thick hair.

My family and I had a delightful stay at the Garland Hotel for our annual spring and summer visits to Garland. The kids loved the pool and open shower, and the room was clean and spacious with comfortable beds. The complimentary breakfast was a hit, especially the fluffy eggs and biscuits. The location, right off of I-70, was very convenient, and the hotel had an upscale feel. The staff was friendly, and the amenities, like the microwave and mini-fridge, were a nice touch.
Can't recommend highly enough this hotel.

Stayed for one night at this hotel that is conveniently located next to town. the room we had was a good size and had a new and fresh look. It even came with a balcony to enjoy. the price we paid was a reasonable $110. 🌟

Our stay was overall pleasant. The kids loved swimming in the pool and loved the open shower lol. The room was clean and roomy, comfortable beds and pillows. We love the complimentary breakfast! Fluffy eggs and biscuits.
